10 Steps to Starting Your Generator

  1. Remove generator from box. Check the generator and remove any additional
    parts – tools surrounding the generator.
  2. Fill oil to middle of grid on dipstick using 10w-30 oil. (1/2 to 1 qt.of oil). IMPORTANT: Do not overfill or under fill oil. Generator will not run properly
    without the appropriate oil level.
  3. Fill gas tank on top of generator using regular unleaded gas.
  4. Turn fuel valve to the on position. Located of left side of generator.
  5. Turn choke to the right (4000 watt) or pull out choke (8000 watt) to start
    generator. Located on left side of generator.
  6. Flip switch/Key on front of generator to the ON position.
  7. Pull start 4000 watt or electric/pull start/remote start 8000 watt.
  8. Turn choke to the left (4000 watt) or pullchoke in (8000 watt)
  9. Flip breaker to the on position. Located on the front of generator.
  10. Using extension cords plug into the generator first then appliances.

3. Can I run a microwave on a generator?
a. NO it is strongly suggested that you do not do this.

4. Can I run A computer on a generator?
a. Yes; But Only if you have an inverter battery pack. You should not directly plug your computer into a genertator.

5. Do you accept credit cards?
a. Yes! Visa & Master Card Unfortunately we do not accept any checks.

6. How long Will a generator run?
a. Both generators will run 6-8 hours on a Full Load or 12 hours on a ½ load.

7. Do your generators come with a warranty?
a. Yes! A 90 day warrenty comes on all generators for parts and labor only. We do have a no return policy! But 90 % of the time after your 90 days is up parts are FREE.

8. Do the genertors come with oil and gas?
a. No! Generators do not come with oil or gasoline
